• Fulfilling legal obligations.

Method of collection and legal basis

Your personal data is collected via the contact form, phone, WhatsApp and email on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: explicit consent, the establishment or performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations. The details you send with the contact form on this website (name, phone, email, subject and message) are recorded in the practice's patient communication system so that we can answer your request; our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your message is transmitted through that service provider's infrastructure.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn whether it is used for its intended purpose, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing.
